And joys and sorrows,
Of all the steps
And breaths
And sense,
There is the ebb and flow
And stillness,
That makes this

You dearly love the ocean, Na’Ama and are continually inspired by its awesome beauty and nature. A fitting image and sentiment to add a balm to our troubled spirits!

Thank you, Terri! I do find the beach to be my best place for ‘calibration’ – the depth of the instant ‘alignment’ I feel there is uncanny. And rare, these days, given that I don’t live too near the ocean and that I cannot really go there now, anyway. It is quite the contrast from the city … and yet, it is always in my heart, a breath away, a part of the fabric of my soul.
When all this is over and life resumes some form of normalcy, I’ll go refill my batteries. And meanwhile. I know. I know. I know.
