Photo: Na’ama Yehuda
Ah, the curve of the coast
Leaning into
Itself,
Like a child’s
Sleepy head
Her weight slowly
Transferred.
Ah, the breath of the sea
Curling wave after
Wave.
A warm exhale
On your neck,
Child’s rest clearly
Preferred.
For the Tuesday Photo Challenge: Coast
Beautiful image and words dear Na’ama, so lovely and soothing π€π xxx

I could so walk that beach at the moment. I bet it’s warmer than ours. My toes are dropping off with frostbite just thinking of our beside-the-North-Sea beach

I could SO walk that beach at the moment, too … π It’s a photo I’d taken while I was away overseas … and I would LOVE to be there now … (and yeah, North Sea beach sounds blue-lipped material to me …)

I remember one (early) Easter, with snow on the beach, I encouraged my friends to off shoes and go for a paddle. Shucks, I had to stand the drinks afterwards.

Indeed. Though it was more alcoholic, as I remember

Thank you! I adore coasts, in every shape, in every weather. This particular one was especially lovely, for the connotations it has for me. π
