If nothing else
You can bank
On some peace
Come day’s end.
On a breath
By the water
When a ripple
Extends.
On a sigh
Of the chest
Born of awe
Seeped with ease.
You can count
On some peace
Come day’s end.
Me, too, please.
For the Tuesday Photo Challenge: Bank

Thanks Sandy, it DOES look so peaceful, right? It is near to where my niece (who took this photo) lives. π

Sometimes we just have to take a walk to find it.

Yep! And my niece (who took this photo not far from where she lives) can take a walk to THIS! π

A charmed life… π
I can’t complain, when the temps decide to warm up because, eff it, I am NOT in the mood to walk in this arctic cold, I don’t have too far to walk to get some nice get-away from it all sights…

Yeah, popsicle weather isn’t very mood-setting for outdoors for me, either … π

Nope… As sit here and sip on Jamie Oliver’s Malted Milk Hot Chocolate…. looking outside at the chilly darkening sky…
