I Love pumpkin pie and made my own once, hauling one home after it had served as a jack-o-Lantern for Halloween! Thanks for your participation and that poem is fun!

🙂 Yeah, I like pumpkin pie. I make them pretty much every year, though not always from scratch (canned pumpkin does the trick for me with a lot less mess and a lot more impulsivity–I can have one cooling on the rack less than an hour from when I got the craving… ;)).

I’m more of a canned pumpkin baker myself. I made a low cal pumpkin mousse to indulge for Thanksgiving so I don’t blow my weight watchers!
