It is a very tender time. So much to shift the balance, so much dismay and worry, war and violence and forces aimed to shake and rattle, rather than build and hold.
May all who are in danger come home safe, and may balance be found–not the evasive one, but the real balance that comes from compassion, mutual respect, understanding, acceptance, forgiveness, and hope.
