If you look into the pond, you’ll see
The sky reflected,
The white clouds,
The world drenched in the beauty
Of clear water
On firm ground.
But if you’ll turn your head
From pond-life
And look around
And up
Onto the land and sky,
You will see the real world
In its worry,
In its glory,
So much bigger,
Spinning by.

I haven’t been, either, but some in my family have–I’m fantastically fortunate to have such amazing photographers (with travel bugs) in my family and among my friends! And they are generous with their photos, too, allowing me to use their photos on my blog besides! ๐

Look at the puddle and focus on just one thing, or look up and see the world…
