By your definition I am vintage. Odd that, as you’ll see when my take on the prompt posts on Tuesday.

By my definition I am working on being vintage … π I’ll look forward to read your response!
I think age is an (oft ignored these days) asset, and that the wisdom that can potentially (though obviously, alas, not with some who shall not be named) be collected by life’s experiences can make one a kinder, fuller, smarter person.
Life is a work in progress, but I’d much rather have the current version of me than a younger and far less wiser one. π

Definitely without a doubt. And that doesn’t mean I abandon my craziness. Just … temper it, somewhat

π A (goodly) bit of craziness is recommended in any good Crone. And I intend to utilize my Crone-ship to the mostest … π So … Yeah, I totally understand … π

Not all wisen with age, but some things (and many people) do become better with time. It’s a good thing to aspire to, to improve with age. π Glad you’re on board with that goal … π

Well as I age I think I’m getting wiser. Of course. the fact that I age is the uncontrolable factor.

π Yeah. Aging isn’t optional (well, generally speaking … I am not speaking of extreme measures here …). How we age, as in who we become and what we do with what we’d learned and how we treat others and what legacy we want to leave — through our own life — to others … That is under our control. Or a lot of it is. π

Na’ama Y’karah,
This is the vintage we all need to strive for. Well done.

Thank you, Rochelle. May we all be wiser and kinder and better proofed with time … (rather than turn vinegary or bad … as some can…)

Hi Zael, thank you for reading and commenting and … I’m SO glad you liked this. I personally think aging is lovely in so many ways (creaky knees and achy bodies are perhaps less endearing sometimes, but overall I’ll take wisdom and comfort in one’s skin over youthful angst …) π May kindness grow as one grows, too! Proofing your enthusiasm?? π

Yep. Letting it steep, settle, refine, concentrate, find itself … π
If nothing else, I’ve become MORE enthusiastic (though hopefully more selectively so) with age … π
