She could go up
Or down
On the path
Into town.
There the low road
Awaited,
Full of snarls and
outdated.
Or she could take
The high
With its twists,
Turns,
And sighs.
She could go up
Or down
On the path
Into town.
So she paused to
Reflect,
How to best
Course correct,
And decided it
Best
To give the high road
A test.

My pleasure. π
As I say, keep up the good work. One day you should put together a small collection of these.

Thank you!
I have four books published already (well, three full length novels and one award-winning non-fiction book), and another one or two in gestational stages … A collection of mini-stories or poems or who knows … sounds intriguing … perhaps one day … π Thank you for the vote of confidence!
