He’ll deny.
He lives here
That is true,
But the poop
Ain’t his do.
He’s a stubborn
Old donkey,
And he’ll blame it
On Wonky.

I think it is more of a long lead line that connects to a long rope with a ring as a way to allows the donkey to graze and walk the length of the property without wandering too far.
