Dress Up

It had been extremely close quarters, but after the inferno they’d been through together, there was nothing they could not achieve.

Certainly after they’d had a bit of time to chill.

They were born for this.

Now it was their time to sparkle.

To show off their individuality.

In form.

In shape.

In size.

In decoration.

There they were:

Blue-eyed Ginger.

Two-tone-shoes Jerry.

Red-apron Ginny.

Necklaced Joey.

Snow-mustached Joe.

Green-turbaned Jinge.

Even Ginger-woof put on his finery.

(And, albeit grudgingly, Gin-Cat did so, too).

It was, after all, the grand finale.

The full bling dress-up for the big chomp.

  1. Oh, I LOVED that one! Great spin on the picture! BTW, the package arrived yesterday! YEAH! THank you so much, Na’aama. I shall enjoy adding these colors to Mr. D’s blanket… I was just about to run out of the last piece I had. What a Blessing. I’ll have him his new blanket this week. Thanks for helping with that. He is such a good and giving man despite his circumstances. I remember when my Hubby and I were between homes a few years ago and he was far more helpful that the “service organizations” to us, helping us find shelter, food, etc. Bless his heart. He’s tried to live in a home, but it didn’t work for him. He couldn’t handle the four walls of “captivity” as he calls it.

    • Oh! Yay! Glad you liked it!
And yeah on the speedy mail service! Glad it arrived! We’re all different in needs even as we’re all the same (or most of us are, at least) in heart and capacity for understanding. What I sent wasn’t a lot in of itself, but I’m glad some of my yarn will make its way into what will warm up someone who is cold. Here’s to the loops of humanity that can connect us, and to no strings attached. 🙂 Na’ama
