A hummingbird in statute, but a
Megalith of
Hope and
Strength and
Notorious
Mother Earth energy.
Decency incarnate,
Filled with
Determination and
True strength,
She endured
Beyond endurance,
And inspired
Beyond hope,
And will still,
For her legacy shall
Hold.
A real-life super-woman
Even as she was
Super
Human.

Thank YOU, Adele! And, yes, we have a job to do. She carried this legacy and determination on her miniature stature. Now it is ours to carry and tend and keep alive. xoxo

My kind thoughts go to all those Americans who are stunned into deep mourning but this crusader’s death.

Yes, it is a sorrow. She also held on beyond what was humanly possible, and it was not fair or reasonable to have so much rest on one person’s narrow shoulders. It is ALL of our responsibility – let alone that of other justices and elected officials – to make sure that women’s rights and human rights and justice are not trampled upon and that promises are kept.
